Campaign Code of Conduct - Full Statement

I’m running this campaign on the merits of my character and my reputation in the community. I will not speak negatively about my opponents or their supporters, and I ask that if you support me, please do the same.
We can be civil, respectfully disagree, and focus on the good our push for unity can bring without tearing people down. If we’re serious about unity, it means creating a path for everyone to come together, regardless of past or current pain, harm, or disagreement. People will join when they are ready, but they must know they are always welcome.
We must believe in personal redemption and the idea that everyone has value. Even if we disagree on some things, I know we can still find common ground on others. This will take time, vulnerability, and determination, but our kids deserve it.

If you’re ready, please join me. Through our actions, we can begin to heal our community and give our children one of the best lessons in empathy possible by showing them how to treat and work with one another, even when we disagree.
